Toward the end of May, Mark, Boston, and I made a spontaneous trip out to Anaheim to go to Disneyland. Mark's mom, grandma, and niece and nephew joined us. We had a blast. It was amazing how much Boston took in. He loves Mickey Mouse, as we all know, so it was like complete magic to him. He was so excited to meet Mickey Mouse and Goofy! At first he just stared at them and grinned, but then he totally ran up to them. It was the cutest thing ever!
Here's Boston in his "Mousie-Hat". We had it embroidered "Hot Boston," since anything to do with Mickey Mouse is "Hot." He still wears it all the time.
Here we are waiting to go on Dumbo. He totally loved all the rides. I was shocked he was so into it being so young!
Here he is eating a churro for the first time. Yummy.
And, of course, no trip to Disney is complete without the Teacups!
Here's my boy, checking himself out in the mirror at the hotel. He is so funny!
Two of my very favorite parts of the trip were the Disney Junior live of stage, and the World of Color. Boston absolutely loved both. At Disney Junior, he got to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on stage, with little clips of other shows he loves. He was totally enthralled and grinned the whole time. At World of Color, he was so happy and in awe, that he wrapped his arms around Mark (who was holding him at the time) and gave him a huge hug and grinned at him. He was way too cute!
